If an international order is refused, applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges are not paid, or the parcel is not collected, no refund will be issued unless the Products are successfully returned to us unopened, unused, with all tamper-evident seals intact and in a resalable condition. Where a refund is issued, it will be reduced by the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, carrier fees and any other reasonable costs incurred by Ovare, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
